Prospect Connect Reignites Dormant Database with Impressive Results
A well established firm of Estate Agents engaged us to identify new opportunities to drive revenue from property purchases, new listings, mortgages, valuations, landlord acquisition, protection and conveyancing deals.
Two datasets were provided by the client, one of previous and existing landlords and one of previous potential buyers. The core objective was to update their existing CRM and arrange appointments and call backs aligned to their internal teams’ schedule.
We initiated an effective digital customer re-engagement campaign through telephone contact and implementing a proven digital strategy designed to maximise prospect engagement and successfully generate qualified appointments (viewings, valuations, financial services, protection and conveyancing consultation).
As part of the database management process, we also cleansed the database and nurtured their pipeline – adding real time value to it. Of the 667 calls made during the 30 day campaign the client was delighted that 38.2% of those calls resulted in a live opportunity.

This pilot project highlighted the importance and potential value of consistently communicating with past and present customers in a database. Our services were introduced to complement their existing sales team and together we enabled them to become more customer facing and focus on converting the opportunities we generated for them.
